Now in their fourth generation, the Morgan family continue to act as stewards for the brand, upholding the values of the company and ensuring their family legacy lives on with each new Morgan produced.
The Morgan family retain a shareholding of the company, alongside majority shareholders Investindustrial, who announced in 2019 that they would be investing heavily in the Morgan Motor Company and its long-term future building cars in Britain.
As part of Investindustrial’s investment into the Morgan Motor Company, the management team and staff were rewarded with share in the business.

This exclusive limited-edition watch epitomises the fusion of timeless automotive elegance with contemporary watchmaking excellence.
Crafted with a solid stainless steel case and a 2mm thick screwed-in caseback, the Modello Due U2-MMC is designed for durability and style. The watch also features an 8mm diameter crown and high-quality gaskets, providing water resistance tested individually to 30 atm (300m or 1000ft). Inside, the NH35A automatic movement, tuned to 21,600 bph, ensures precise timing with a 41- hour power reserve and a hacking seconds hand for accurate time-setting.
